Most pieces are made in about 3 to 5 weeks after you approve the design, plus shipping time. Large or complex pieces can take longer, and we tell you the timeline in your quote.

Solid 925 sterling silver, gold-plated silver, and solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose. Stones include moissanite, lab-grown diamond, natural diamond, cubic zirconia, and coloured gemstones such as ruby, sapphire and emerald. Your quote lists exactly what goes into your piece.

We show you a 3D preview before production, then photos and video of your finished piece before it ships, so you can see exactly what you are getting.

The easiest way is to have a ring you already wear measured at any jeweller, which is usually free. You can also measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits: 15.7 mm is about a US 5, 16.5 mm a US 6, 17.3 mm a US 7, 18.1 mm a US 8, 19 mm a US 9 and 19.8 mm a US 10. If you are not sure, choose Not sure and we will help.

We ship insured to Canada and the United States with duties included in your price. For other countries, send a request and we will quote shipping.

We can make your own logo, artwork, names and photos. We do not copy other brands' logos or trademarked characters.

Every order starts with a free quote and a 3D preview. Once you approve your design, we send a secure card invoice for the full price, and production starts as soon as it is paid. We never ask for card details by email or message.

You can change or cancel your order for free before you pay. Once you pay and production starts, your piece is being made just for you, so the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Because every piece is custom made, all sales are final. If your piece does not match the design you approved, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair or remake it at no cost to you.

Every piece is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects, such as a stone coming loose or a clasp failing with normal wear. The warranty does not cover loss, damage from accidents or misuse, or the normal fading of gold plating over time.

Orders ship insured with tracking. Duties and import fees are included for Canada and the United States, so there is nothing extra to pay at your door. A signature may be required on delivery.

Take your jewelry off for swimming, showering and the gym. Clean it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, and store each piece separately so stones do not scratch each other.

We use your name, contact details and photos only to quote, make and ship your order. We never sell your information. Our order form is run by Tally and payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see your full card number.
